I help leaders restore clarity, coordination, and forward momentum to their organizations when growth, change, or complexity begin to strain how the business operates.
About Rebecca Ullrich
My work centers on helping businesses operate with greater clarity, coordination, and momentum as they grow and evolve.
For more than 30 years, I’ve partnered with founders, CEOs, and executive teams navigating growth, operational change, and evolving customer demands.
My experience spans operational leadership, brand strategy, customer experience, and execution – bringing these disciplines into alignment to improve performance across complex consumer businesses. I’ve led brand revitalizations, modernized content and production systems, aligned cross-functional teams, and improved execution across catalog, ecommerce, and emerging channels – helping businesses strengthen both how they operate internally and how they show up to customers externally.
But what has always delivered the greatest impact isn’t just what gets built – it’s how it gets built.
The work I'm most often drawn into involves restoring clarity where complexity has accumulated – helping leadership teams align priorities, improve how work flows across the organization, strengthen accountability, and create the conditions for sustainable momentum.
How I Work
My work is grounded in creating clarity where complexity has accumulated – connecting vision to execution through aligned leadership, effective systems, and coordinated teams.
In practice, that means:
Translating strategy into clear, operational direction
Building systems that reduce friction and eliminate rework
Aligning teams around priorities, accountability, and outcomes
Elevating customer experience without adding complexity
Creating environments where collaboration and performance reinforce each other
I’m known for bringing calm to fast-moving environments, for seeing both the big picture and the operational detail, and for turning complexity into clarity.

Leadership Philosophy
I focus on results – and the people who deliver them.
My leadership style is grounded, collaborative, and focused on creating clarity, accountability, and sustainable momentum.
Rather than relying on pressure or constant escalation, I improve how the business operates – creating space for better decisions, stronger collaboration, and more consistent results.
What Leaders and Teams Often Tell Me
Throughout my career, leaders and teams I’ve partnered with consistently value:
• Stabilizing teams and operations during periods of change
• Clear prioritization and calm decision making
• A grounded, collaborative approach
• Connecting strategy, execution, and people
• Creating operational clarity that improves execution and resultsWhy This Model Works
Organizations rarely need more complexity. They need greater clarity about what's slowing progress and what will create the greatest impact.
Many organizations begin with a focused Executive Alignment Intensive designed to identify where complexity, competing priorities, or organizational friction are slowing progress. Others continue into advisory support or embedded executive leadership. The model is intentionally flexible, allowing organizations to access the level of support they need without unnecessary long-term overhead.
Who I Partner With
• CEOs and leadership teams navigating growth, transition, or increasing complexity
• Organizations undergoing integration or operational change
• Teams seeking performance improvement without adding executive headcount
• Organizations seeking greater alignment across leadership, operations, customer experience, and execution
Beyond the Resume
I’m deeply systems-oriented and grounded in the belief that sustainable success comes from alignment – across people, process, strategy, and purpose.
In recent years, I intentionally stepped back to reassess how I want to lead and contribute – prioritizing clarity, sustainability, and meaningful impact alongside performance.
That perspective now shapes how I partner with organizations: with focus, discernment, and a long-term view of what truly drives results.
